The outer fabric is called Spheric 2 layer hardshell. It’s fully waterproof and will keep you dry in any rain, snow or sleet. The insulation is Primaloft Silver, a light, warm and highly compressible synthetic padding. We prefer synthetic padding for its performance benefits but also because we don’t believe in stealing the feathers off birds to keep ourselves warm. The Jacket has a large, 2-way adjustable hood and heat barriers around the neckline and bottom hem. You have all the pockets you can ever ask for: Two external chest pockets, two hand pockets, one inside chest pocket and one inside mesh stash pocket.
